hold off rusting headers

how can i fight rusting headers?

Media blast them then ceramic coat them.
Altho the cost of doing this will be equal to or more than a new set of stainless headers from speed engineering.

Cheaper but a bandaid alternative is to remove them, coat them is por15 rust killer, wire brush the hell out of them then coat them with rattle can ceramic high temp header paint.

They will still rust, just take alot longer. Rust is a chemical reaction and unless you completely stop it, it will continue.

i would just invest in a new stainless set speed engineering and texas speed have good prices
