Default Help with Power Door/Window Woes

Hi all. I'm asking for a little help here. This Sat. morning I got in my truck to go to work and rolled down the windows to remove the dew on them. I held down the passenger and driver side window buttons and let off the driver side window and continued, then my windows stuck. They won't roll up or down and my power locks don't work. I said,"Oh, it's just blown fuse". I pulled the fuse panel off on the side of the dash. I looked at the 10 amp Power mirror/door fuse. It was blown. I replaced it. Nothing worked still. I went to the engine bay fuse box. I found the "Aux" fuse blown. I replaced it. Still nothing worked. No other fuses are blown (trust me, I spent 4 hours looking, testing fuses). Bear in mind I have a work truck. The only power options on my truck are power windows and a non-key fob power door locks. I then put the multimeter on the L-Body fuse square on the side of the dash. I got a low power reading, something of .001MV (if I remember correctly, which I don't ). I then moved to the next step,I the door panels off, tested the connectors to the window switch and they don't have a voltage reading. I don't really know what to do next. If the L-body square on the fuse panel is not getting a reading (which I believe it isn't) what could be the problem? I just don't understand how I roll my windows down, and my power widows and door locks on passenger/driver side don't work all the sudden and all fuses are good. Help please? Their's also a rigged up blue wire tapped into the cruise control fuse going somewhere in the engine bay, can't follow it when it goes through the firewall. Their was also a hot wire in the fuse box below the steering column that lead to nowhere and was snipped. The blue wire could've been an alarm from the previous owner, however I don't know what the hot wire that was snipped is. Mainly though, How to I get my doors/windowns working?
Thanks, Philip S.

The problem is the switch is not getting voltage. If the switch isn't getting voltage neither is the motor. Besides both power door lock and window motors don't just go out all together at the same instance. What relays are you talking of?

OK, did more testing. Found out that a door lock fuse in the fuse box in the side panel in the dash is not getting voltage and everything else is. So, I moved to the engine bay fuse box. Checked the RAP 1 fuse which relates to power windows and such, no voltage going to that fuse, but voltage at other fuses. So, the connection is somewhere bad between the battery and the fuse box in the engine bay. I'm going to my automotive teacher Thurs. to see if he can read the wiring diagrams and figure it out. There aren't any fusible links between battery and the engine bay fuse box are their? I'm pretty sure they're aren't. And also, none of the relays in the engine bay box relate to my problem. Hopefully one of y'all may help me out more, I'll just have to keep thinking.

Finally figured it out and fixed it this morning. It was the 30A fuse located under the engine bay fuse box. So I had to take of the engine bay fuse box to view all of the wires and thier was that 30A fuse that was blown. Sorta trickery, hiding a fuse below the fuse box where all of the fuses are? Oh well, got it replaced and everything works.
