Default Help needed... Engine keeps missing

I need some help and I'm not sure what to look at next. My truck will drive perfectly fine to and from work. However, on the way home from work I'll stop at the gym and workout for 40 or so minutes. When I finally get back to my truck and start it, the engine will idle really bad and it just sounds like it's going to die. It doesn't actually die but it's running like crap.

So I turn off the engine and start it back up and 90% of the time the idling issue goes away.

I changed out my spark plugs and wires but it has not helped. Anyone else running into this problem? This has to be a heat issue because I never have a problem on the way to work or on the way home. It's only if I drive it a while and turn it off. Could this be coils? Let me know.
