Probably the FLX-282, but double check the part number for your application.
It comes with everything to do the job.
The Nelson Harness is only if you are going to run Stock GM fans.
You'll still need a way to control the fans, either by thread in Temperature switch (Painless #3113), By your PCM (If you have a PCM out of a truck with e-fans stock), OR you can buy an aftermarket adjustable temperature switch to work with your fan setup.
I chose the Painless Thread in switch. Opens at 205F, closes at 195F.
Here's the ones from G&R Auto online.

Or you can do what NoChrome did.
I can get the LS1 fans up here for around $70 at the local salvage yard.
Don't always rely on ebay being the cheapest...
Also check http://www.car-part.com You'd be suprised!
Or...if you want to go really cheap....do it this way.

But...you can get them much cheaper than what this guy is selling this stuff for.
~150 or so.
This is the route I'm taking for my Mom's 99 Tahoe (old body style)
I bought the fans at the Antique festival for $30 a piece, the temp switch cost me $40, and the relays/sockets were around $20.
The fans are 16", and they pull upwards of 2500CFM at about 13A each.
When I hooked them up to my linear power supply, One Fan was strong enough to slam the door shut behind me.

The flex-a-lite is the cleanest solution for a 28" radiator. you would need flx-292 for the 28" radiator. You could use the VSC that comes with it or the Nelson harness or make your own (that's what I did. Here are some photos of the install: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/766391/4
