Ok i have the question that has been asked over and over...what does it take to a swap from a V6 to a V8? Do i need a new computer and wiring harrness? Engine mounts? Transmission? Guage cluster? AC? do all these things need to be replaced or are they plug and play? thanks

 

really what I would do is go buy a pull out engine and transmission for like 4 grand that has all the wiring and everything with it and accessories. Yeah their will need to be some mods but can still be done pretty easy if you knwo what your getting yourself into. Go check ebay for some LS1 engines.

 

that would be the best thing or find a completely totaled truck and part it out and you could sell it for scraps
