hey fellas some guy its selling me a 99 silverado With 03 front end and 03 interior even the streering wheel is 03 how can I check that the truck is legit the vin on the wind shield match the tittle what else can I look at please help guys thank you in advance for your help

 

Carfax check, maybe? Sometimes helps people feel warm and fuzzy.

 

Legit how? If he's selling you a 99 at a 99 price and secretly giving you an 03 then you are getting the better deal.
If he's selling you a 99 at a 99 price and giving you a 99 with 03 parts then you are getting the better deal.

If you are concerned a bout it being stolen then I'd think you can take the vin to your insurance agency to be checked or to the local PD.
