I recently got a 00 sierra rcsb. It is five speed / V6. The engine now has over 250,000 mi on it but the truck looks amazing inside and out. I have been in the market for a 5.3 to swap in whenever my V6 gives out on me. This weekend i bought a LY6 longblock for $350. I couldn't pass it up. I have several questions about the swap that i cant seem to find answers to can anyone give me some advice for the swap or maybe a link to a similar thread. the only ones i can find are for nnbs.
