Default Havent even had it 3 weeks !!!!!

Just bought a used 03 GMC, really nice truck, love it compared to my Grand Cherokee. Anyhow Im driving down my somewhat country road day before yesterday, going the speed limit and all and hear this THUMP! Im thinking crap I hit a rock or a branch now my alignment is out. I turn around and theres this dog laying there, tounge out and all. I guess he was trying to chase my tires, but missed? He literally ran into the side of my front bumper and I guess I hit him in the head.

So upset with only having this truck for such a short period of time and all. It cracked my lower plastic piece and theres a sort of tear next to the fog light with dog hair all in it. It was one of those black and white rancher dogs with the really short tails.

Trying to figure out what bumper I should get now.

I looked around and didnt see an SS bumper for my GMC. I found a Denali bumper cover. Do I have to get the whole clip or can I just put on the Denali cover? I also found a Xenon one that looks ok-ish.

Have a link to an ss cover for an 03 GMC?

Sorry about the truck/dog, do the SS.

Is there an SS bumper cover for 99 - 02 sierras?

no it is currently the only 99-06 chevy or gmc that doesnt have a aftermarket SS-style bumper cover

Ok so that just goes over the exsisting bumper? Because the metal part has no visual dents but you can tell if you look close enough that its kind of off centered now.

And screw the dog! He had to have literally ran into the side of the front of my bumper with his head. Thats where the damage is. It was on a little road at 7 in the morning the road is surrounded by bushes. One of those dogs that chases tires and got too close. No way I could've seen it coming. Now my new truck looks like ****. The dog got what he deserved in my book.

The only difference between 99-02 and 99-06 sierras is the bumper and grill shell. The grill shells are interchangeable. The bumper mounts might be slightly different but that doesnt matter too much.
