For a regular truck, upper and lowerer pieces, not the little 2" strip they added in 05 but the one that has fog light lights, and on the rear its for a regular bed side, I want to color match all that stuff but dont want to drive around with it missing while waiting to get it painted if its not unreasonably priced.

Does this require an insert for the bolt to screw into?

Caliper bracket bolt (18mm head x 50mm maybe?), it attaches the rear passenger caliper bracket to the backing plate. Vehicle is 2001 Silvy ext cab 2wd with 4 wheel discs. Not the caliper bolts/pins. Let me know if I should pm you the VIN.
