Hey I got the Oil cooler lines today and those dog bone looking things. The oil cooler lines while a pain in the *** to get in place are going to work. I couldn't hook them up yet because I found out that I need the fittings for the lines to snap into on the radiator. Of course the only dealership listed in the computer that has them in stock is not open on Saturday. I will get pics posted up of the lines in my truck damage thread later.

On to my problem. Those dog bone things aren't what I need for my torsion bar. I have no idea what those are for. I guess I should have done this before hand, but I took some pics of the bushings I need. I Just need the bushings shown in the pic where the torsion bar crossmember mounts to the frame. Notice the copper wire I stuck in there to take up the slack so it would stop clunking.

CHEVRACER83,
Is the LSX block P/N 19166454 still going to be released March 31st?
Do you have the P/N for the Heads that are going to be released at the same time?
Thanks
Mark

PM vin to you.. Again You don't have to feel bad. **** happens, it's not like the parts I order were a hundered bucks or anything. Although I don't think I can send them back either so if you know anyone who wants to buy them... I don't even know what those things I got are or where they go.
I guess when you said dogbone looking thing I was thinking of the entire crossmember being kind of dogbone like.

no i do feel bad about it... most 4wd trucks have tht kind of crossmember link... the one you have is pretty rare... but i guess depending on where your truck was made, and where it was sold... its not so rare out there...

once again im sorry bro... i hope it didnt cost too much

As long as the new part number is the right one it will be all good.
I looked the new number you gave me up on GMPD and those are more expensive. I have to go to a dealership Monday to get those quick disconnects for the oil cooler lines so I will price them there and take a look at them to make sure I get the correct ones this time. If the dealer wants list price for them tho I'm just gonna order them from GMPD.
