Can't get that from GM anymore. If you order one now from GM they send you the newer style. Last time I had to get an aftermarket from Carquest or Auto Value. I still have the last one I ordered in my garage.

12565312 for the exhaust valve only.

17801930 for LS6 valve kit including 4 intake and 4 exhaust valves (enough for one cylinder head).

I'm having trouble finding the PN for a 74U (victory red) tailgate handle, any ideas?
