By the way hirdlej was asking on my behalf, so thank you. My counter jockey at the dealership couldn't find that part number to seriously save his life, nor his family's. I had him look up a dozen different vehicles and he kept coming up with the same block off plate. This evening I was bombing around in my friend's 1500 HD Sierra, 6.0L, and noticed it had the oil cooler that I'm after for my 5.3L-to-5.7L-now so I took down his VIN and will have my counter jockey cross-reference both numbers you gave me and his VIN, so I feel a little more confident.

Thanks again.
