THE COBALT..... IS IT BASE, LT, LS, SS??? IS IT 2 DR OR 4 DR??

 

to be honest, no idea. I'm under the assumption that the mirror caps from a cobalt will fit over the G6 mirrors. I believe all the mirror caps are the same. I guess just get the # from a black 2 door SS.

 

THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THEY DONT OFFER THE COLOR BLACK. AND I SPOKE TO THE GM ACCESSORY CENTER, AND THEY SAID THE ONES FOR A COBALT WILL NOT FIT A G6

AND WHEN I LOOK UP THE G6 IT IS ONLY OFFERED WITH MOLDED BLACK, NO PAINT TO MATCH OPTION.... IM SORRY

alright well I'll have to closely inspect a cobalt mirror and get back to you. With the exception of how they mount, the mirrors look the EXACT same. And I've seen cobalt SSs with the black covers so I dunno. I'll get back to you, I might just have you give me the part number for whatever one, see if it fits and then just paint it.

 

gentlemen i would like the part #s that i can swap into my lm7 2001 5.3 silverado ext cab shrt bed. i know you can swap some of the parts that fit a ls1 or ls6. please guys i need your help.
