I dont know if it woll work or not for the auto tranny temp guage, cause the fluid temperature vs. sensor resistance might be different than the ones in the auto trannys. I'll guess you'll find out.

Thanks! I have looked at the wire schematics(sp) and they use the same wires from the PCM. We will see!

**EDIT** the part is over $100. Never mind not worth it! Maybe I can find it in a junk yard or someone parting the corvette out.

hehe.... now take an autometer temp probe which will work with the stock wiring, and make it an oil temp gauge

yeah, thats what I did for my buddy's 6-speed conversion in his chevelle......
