If you get HP Tuners it is good for all trucks of your year, style and type (i.e. all 2003 Chevy Silverados and GMC Sierras).

You only get one cable, and i'm not positive on the amount of licenses per cable, unless you buy the unlocked version, big bucks though. very affordable if you go like 2 or 3 ways, 550 initial, then 150 for next 2, so it works out to less than 300 a peice which is cool, just don't fug nuthin up.

I went in with a buddy of mine and got LS1 Edit. My truck isn't heavily modded, so I don't use it all that much. Honestly the program is pretty confusing to me.

When we got Edit, the HPtuner deal wasn't out yet. I kinda wished we'd waited. I hear good things about it.

We just got 1 cable with the software.

i believe it is 5 liscenses and it is a great idea because you can retune your truck after every mod you make therefore getting the most power per mod and the only thing i can think would be better would be a proffesional tune but you cant just go and get those when your at the track etc. and the more you figure out the better good luck man

Its a better deal since you still need a good scan tool with EDIT and HPTuners comes with a scan tool.
