Anyone know what transfer case is in this thing? It's the auto 4wd electronic model. Curious what kind of fluid it takes. It was green when it was leaking on the floor lol.
Should be the NP246 AutoTrac transfer case. I thought the fluid spec was supposed to be blue? 🤔
I think it's this fluid: ACDelco GM Original Equipment 10-4017 Auto-Trak II Transfer Case Fluid - 33.8 oz https://a.co/d/3CGw6W5
What attaches to this port on the throttle body? I assume it's a vacuum source? According to the instructions with the engine I've attached everything that's supposed to be attached and obviously the ls3 throttle body did not have this port.

That nipple should have a hose that goes to the passenger side valve cover, unless the LS3 has a different setup? 🤔
It runs and idles. Still stock tune but it sounds pretty good! I capped that port. The intake noise this thing makes is insane. Probably because it's essentially an air filter attached to the throttle body? Thanks for all the help guys!!
Hey guys! I got a couple of tunes for the truck and the exhaust done. Fluids are topped off and am going to recheck torque on everything tonight. My question: Does anyone have any experience with setting the IAC on one of these holley throttle bodies? My understanding is that once the truck is fully warmed up I need to set the IAC by using the throttle stop screw. Initially I set it to around 8-12. That worked ok on the stock tune. Once I got the new tune it tended to push while in gear or if I popped it into neutral while rolling. Stopped, it would often idle appropriately but was prone to dying if I blipped the throttle. I tried increasing the IAC (closing the throttle body). That did not seem to help. Thoughts?
Set the IAC count back to the 8-12 hot idle in Park/Neutral. Then do a TPS/IAC relearn.
Once that is done it will either idle better or it needs a updated tune.
If it is dying after blipping the throttle it needs more throttle follower if the Idle airflow is correct.

Tps/iac relearn is in hptuners somewhere? Or is this the thing where you disconnect the battery after setting iac and then cycling the throttle through its range after reconnecting power?
And what do you mean by throttle follower? The throttle stop adjustment? That will lower my iac if I open it more.
Thanks for helping a newbie out. I owe you a beer. Or 12...
So I'm chasing a couple of codes that are preventing the truck from running. I have a U1026 and U1041. They are communication codes for the auto transfer case control module and the electronic brake control module. Both of them ground to the same place and there are no other codes. So, I'm assuming I have a ground issue. My question is: does anyone have access to alldata or something similar where I could get a pinout of the connectors on the transfer case and the ebcm? I really don't want to cut the loom near the ground to trace them manually but I'm thinking there might be a break where they splice together in the loom so I thought I'd just test them at the connector.
