Gear Swap=abs ?

Default Gear Swap=abs ?
Hey guys i was wondering why would my abs quit working after i changed out my rearend. went with the detroit w/ 4.10's and ever since, have had major abs issues. I would really like to know how to fix it

Your truck is tuned for your old gears most likely. With newer gears, your computer thinks it's turning a different RPM than what it actually is.

yea i didnt think about that. I just ordered my new nelson pcm for the 4.10's. that should fix that huh?

Yes, just make sure you tell him you have the 4.10s and not the factory gears. Many tuners go off your vin number.
