Default fuel system suggestions please

I have an 05 Silverado with a returnless fuel system. I have a Magnacharger that came with the 190lph Walbro pump. I want to upgrade the system to support 500rwhp (along with my meth kit) without starving the engine. I was thinking of going with a 044 Bosch pump and putting it in the tank. Can I run the regulator that is on my Magnacharger, or wont it support the higher flow? Do I have to run a return line? Do I need to use a bigger fuel line, or is the stock line sufficient? Is there another pump that I should get as opposed to the Bosch?

You have the right idea at first. You can just install the bosch and should be good.

So will the stock line work? Should I run the Walbro 190lph (that came with the kit) in the tank to the Bosch in line? Should I run a return line? If I do need a return line, will the regulator on the rail work?

Trever1, I actually forgot that I bought a magnavolt a few months ago. Too many parts laying around. Actually I think my setup is pretty close to what you were doing when you broke 500 on the hp list. OK, so I will be running the stock pump to the Walbro inline with a magnavolt. I too have 60lbers. Do you know if you had the 190lph, or the 255lph?

I have the pump in-tank that came with the M112 unit from Magnuson, I always assumed it was the W255/lph but honestly I do not know for certain. The magnavolt seems to function as it should.

You should be able to support 500 rwhp with a single intank 255, 60's and meth pretty easy without having to go through the trouble of converting to return style.

Thanks for all the input. I will be buying a 255 Walbro and putting it in the tank without a return line.

Ok, I purchased a Walbro 255, and when I purchased it i was told that I need to run a regulator. I bought an adjustable regulator, and intended putting it on the frame. I pulled the tank yesterday, and when installing the pump was wondering if anyone is using the in-tank filter and regulator that is on a returnless fuel system. Does anyone use this, or do you run a separate regulator and filter?

Just so everyone knows, I ended up with a Walbro 255 pump, Aeromotive A1000 regulator, and a Magnavolt. Without the meth kit my PSI is going from 58 PSI down to about 41 PSI at 6300 RPM's. I planned on turning it 7k, but I am going to have to make some changes somewhere. I am going to tie the front of the fuel rails together to even out the flow and see if that helps. Any suggestions?
