they are hit or miss. i had a buddy with a stock pump that whined like a big aeromotive style inline. that pump lasted over 60k miles.... my first stocker was pretty loud too, and lasted 93k. when i replaced it, i got a nice and quiet one

Thanks.. It's always been quiet. I go & start it up & I can hear it running now. I borrowed a fuel pressure gauge. so hope I can tell that it's dying.. Got one order, should be here in the morning..

First problem with the truck, since I got it well besides back brakes.

Well hooked the gauge up to it.. Idle was normal 62 psi & @ WOT it drops to 32psi. So the pump is no good..
