Default First time pulled over

Me and my friend were just driving around at like 9:00 pm and we went to this huge parking lot to be stupid. I did a little burnout and went to 50, then let off. There was also a bunch of dust on this one part of the lot, and we started doing donuts! We were laughing are asses off, but there was this guy in an SUV that was driving around too. We left and came but around the other side to do it again, and the SUV was leaving. We then spoted a car coming into the parking lot a little fast and my friend was like haul *** (we both didn't know it was a cop). We got close to the exit but then I saw some lights start up and I was like, i'm screwed. The cop told me what I was doing was a class b misdemener and could go to jail He asked me if my dad would be happy if he called him up and I said no. At least he let me off with a warning.

Sounds like the cop was going for the scare factor. I'm thinking he acheived his goal. It was nice that he only gave you a warning, though.

16 damn! i would have defently got the chair. you got lucky he was defently tring to scare you. and i hope it worked. one thing i i've learned is that if you get caught by the cop doing something wrong (drinking, smoking or whatever) always tell them the truth. i've got out of many, many of stuff the would have really screwed my life up thanks to telling the truth to the cops. now i learned from it and i dont do bad stuff like that anymore. jut a little trick i learned along the way.
