LS6 heads, even ported will be the wrong heads for boost since they would raise compression. Saying the 345 HP 6 liter means its 10:1 compression stock, also anti-boost. Hughes converter....Who uses on of those?

However, if you don't go to boost pistons you are correct, the LS6 heads would only raise the compression ratio and would not be optimal for boost.
