I played the damn game about 50 times, then my friend came in and we finally figured it out.( I think my friend has played it before, because it seemed like he figured it out way too quick) We wrote down how to win when the computer goes first on the third row. If he goes first and selects three on the third row, your move should be removing three on the first row. He will then select one on the third row. You need to select one on the fourth row. He will next select two on the fourth row. Next, you select two on the second row. He will select one on the second row. You should select two on the fourth row and you'll win.

This is the only way we could win, and he doesnt always start on the third row, but if he does, and he selects three, you can follow the above and win. We can't figure out any more. He still beats us win we start first every time, but hey we got one victory. Hope yall can follow what we have up top.

 

right click and hit play. It will force him to go twice and you will always win! Ya screw this stupid game lol
