My rear windows are doing it too. I've thought about sealing them up since I never use them. I may just do it if it's a simple job with windshield glue.

On mine I just took the latch completely loose and pushed the window out some and ran some 2" or 2.5" self-tapping screws in from the front to the rear on the side facing the outside of the truck and snugged them up by hand and fixed mine. I will try and get some pics, my windows still open and seal fine.

My passenger side window does this too. I'd love some pics.

Has your windshield ever been replaced? I had mine start making wind noise soon after I had it replaced. Called the company that replaced it, and they came back and re-sealed it and it's been fine ever since.
