Not a kill, but a guy in an Aurora tried to cut in front of me, he was basically not in a lane but trying to go around the big blue HOE. He rolled thru the red a little but I wacked it and was even with him he had to let off anc go behind me... I can't wait to put the 3.73's in.

Was it the newer bodystyle? If so, it could've been a 3.5L V6 and not the 4.0L Aurora V8.

I know my 98 Aurora (the old body style, with the 4.0L V8 as the only engine) would've handed my Tahoe it's **** in a race from a roll. It'd be close in a race from a dig, but the Aurora having a 4 cam 32 valve V8 would take over the longer the race got.

 

It was a salmon colored older style. He had me off the line a bit since I have 3.08 gears but I caught him and held it, he was trying to pass but could not get there in time.

I'm doing 3.73's next week, and need to get a HPP3. T-stat is coming too. I want 14.9s!
