Did you figure out what the problem was? I have a 2007 tahoe and mine is leaking into the passenger compartment as well but i have sucked out the drain with a wet vac multiple time and would think that would unblock anything holding the water in. I do get about 2 quarts of water out everytime i suction the drain tube.
