As far as a day...Saturday might be a good day...as far as a place, i don't know about that...we might hold it at a local park, i don't know if they allow alcoholic beverages at parks though 
but anyways, the more people putting in suggestions, the better we might be in organizing this meeting....
p.s. Tiburon, do you think it would be a good idea starting a new thread with a new topic so that everyone knows what we're talking about?? (just a suggestion)
