i guess ill have to try that stab then back off and floor it again...whats it do, get you a good jump, regain traction then start going fast again? seems like wasted time but i guess if it keeps you from spinning

yea what you describe, i know it sounds like wasted time but hey its what worked here. and its how the suspension settles and sets. it may not work for you but seemed to work for my truck and my stang with had a 3k stall. try it if it works great if not what did you lose?

Thanks Quick. It worked good for me. Ran a better time on street tires, bouncing off the rev limiter for the last 100-150 feet, and didnt shift into 3rd than I ran on good hot sticky DR's after short belting it

Oh I am so sorry for making that statement, I forgot that you are all knowing, you even know how to build an engine to burn oil

i knwo im crazy to spend that much to get it installed for that much but locally i really cant find anyone to install it for any cheaper than 700 not to mention the cam would get installed where my tuner is too. if i could find a person to professionally install it locally and know that i could drive it 20 miles to get it tuned i definitly will. called bumberas quoted me over 1k, HPE is 700 MTI is 750, cant remember other numbers. my other option is white 1 was going to help me out and do it for me but i feel bad dragging him down here from another state when im not old enough to buy him beer anyways. my sister lives in austin, do you know of any mechanics around the south? austin area that could get it done? i think she lives in south. i could have her take my car up there with her.

im kinda trying to avoid driving 6 hours to get a cheap install, aside from the fact it cost me about 70 bucks to drive 300 miles, i would have to drive that 300 miles BACK on an untuned, super rich tune on BRAND new springs trying to avoid revving over 4k. i guess ill just have to search around all those warehouse districts that are popping up for unadvertised mechanics and stuff. i'd rather pay 700 than drive to plano
