as much as I loved my RC I think I want an EC for the space, ya know, no more 3 guys jammed in the cab like were doing landscaping and just a little change. No one expects EC's to be fast

Not sure on 1/4s, and I'm trying not to keep my hopes up, but once I get my tune dialed in and some good weather, I would like to hit ~8.2 or better in the 1/8th.

whats that equate to in the 1/4? any rough idea? I was hoping to see high 13s with the RC with the cam and a good tune... depending on the truck I pick up it will get the 6.0 and one day a hybrid turbo kit

Those 1/8th mile times are good for 12.7-13.1 depending on mph and 60ft results. If I ran an 8.2 I would assumed around a 13.0 pass

Most calculators are for cars that weigh less and are more aerodynamic, so a truck will be slower by a couple tenths in most cases.

I think instead of jammin 3 guys in there, u wanna put 6 inside instead. Mangled & others. j/k

No expects any truck or SUV in general to be fast. That's why it's so fun!

Do u have a family or haul alot ot stuff, go EC. I've gotten really used to a RC. Esp. now that I have my tonneau. If I had a family, I'd consider an EC. Til I'm faced w/. that issue, tho...

Some use weight as a factor, but ya I never gave the calculator much thought as to not being for trucks.

I love my RC, and I make it work for my needs...but now that I'm a daddy, I wish that I had a crew cab to haul my 3 year old daughter and all of her stuff around. She doesn't go anywhere without her blanket, and a few stuffed animals lol. Unfortunately, I don't have the cash for a second vehicle, or even a new one to replace this one...(hell, I don't have the cash to pay off FLT and get my trans in my truck and get this one rollin lol). I do love RC's though

She's going back to as close to stock as I can possibly get. I already have a 5.3/4L60E lined up for it, stock fuel system, stock exhaust, etc. Appearance wise I'll probably leave it as-is, unless I find someone with a stock hood to swap with. Right now I'm gonna guess that I'll have it all back together sometime in December.

I'll end up pricing it based on what other ones look like they are going for. If you're interested let me know and we can discuss it further.
