Default E85 fuel system

I'm having a hell of a time finding fuel hose that is verified to be submersible in E85. I've seen a lot of people say, well since many pumps have E10, all newer fuel hoses should work with E85. That's great news, but I'm not going to risk blowing my stuff up when a line gets alcohol damaged because so-and-so said it worked. A guy at the local hot rod shop swears by the stainless braided hose they sell there, and says he has been running it on his methanol race car for 10 years. I'm skeptical though, partly because the inner hose is straight rubber... I bought a foot of it anyway, but I am looking for some verified alcohol submersible hose as well. Any suggestions?

This is the shiz I'm planning on using:

For gasoline and "alcohol extended" gasoline.

You might want to contact some of the racing fitting and hose providers like Earls, Russell, or Fragola. The hose from Gates looks great. As I understand the key is to get something with a Teflon liner. You can also check out E85Performance.net.

For what it is worth, I use straight E85 in my 2006 24HP Craftsman riding mower. No special hoses.

E85 does keep an engine clean. I attached a photo of my 6,000 mile piston out of my 402. When it was run on 93 octane there was a layer of soot on it. The spark plugs are equally clean.

Running 93 and meth my tailgate was full of soot. With E85 my tailpipes don't even get sooty.

This is the hose I have been using for my second pump on my rcsb with straight e85 for a few months only, but used it in the tank on my crew cab with e85 for 2 years before it went back to stock. Looked perfectly fine when I took it apart after 2 years.
