Well i already cut off the pin from the efan harness and since pin 33 was already "in use", I spliced them together. Pin 42 was empty so that one went in and it seems that is the one cause the fan to stay on.

My only other guess is the wire that was originally in pin 33 that he spliced into is fouling up the signal. You can try cutting the original pin 33 wire somewhere before the splice and see if the fan cuts off. Or a cleaner fix is to unplug pin 33 and add the connector to just the fan harness wire and letting the original wire hang until you see what happens.

Um ok now the fan that was staying on comes on at set temp but the other fan that WAS coming on at the set temp isnt. Arent they supposed to both be on? I took out pin 33 and put the new pin from the efan harness in. The original pin 33 is hanging there.

Turn your ac on wide open and see if it comes on after 30 seconds or so. Both of my fans come on low together when idling and ac on normal, but if I kick it on max after 20-30 seconds it will pop them on high. There are quite a few ways the fan harness can be wired up. My harness is a 3 relay harness though and I think the pcm4less harness is a 2 relay which I belive controls the fans seperately.
