Those numbers sound low to me. I've seen stock 4.8's dyno 245. Even with the transfer case, I would think yours should have that in it.

Well I think it would have but with the 3rd gear pull it hit the speed limiter and that was it.

Yeah, and I thought I was the low man on the totum pole. Maybe need to try on a 2nd gear pull. I hear the numbers are the same and not much difference between 2nd and 3rd...Zed

Yeah I talked to the dynoman and were gonna do a 2nd gear pull next time.

Also may want to look into getting an '02 PCM, they can take alot more timing. I just got mine installed and I went from only about 16 degrees on a good day in perfect conditions to over 30 degrees w/ the '02 and thats got to help. I'll try and let you know how much it drops my time if the weather holds for this weekend GTG...Zed

I hit 251 rwhp and 270rwtq with a stock 5.3 and a volant. I was told that mustang dynos produce lower numbers than dynojets because of the weighted factor. Im sure there are people that know more tabout this than me.
