DTR lights
#1
I just picked up a 1999 Silverado for an upcoming project. Pretty clean truck with 112K miles. I noticed the DTR lights were not working today so I checked the bulbs and both were blown. I got some amber bulbs and replaced them. Didn't work. Checked the fuse and it was still good, replaced it anyway, nothing. Only other thing I can think of is the DTR relay. Is that the next thing to check/replace?
The truck has factory fog lights that are not working either. Haven't checked them yet, but they are missing the front covers that protect the bulbs. I assumed the bulbs were just burned out. It could be possible they got wet and shorted out. I think they are on a seperate fuse and relay, so if they did short, it shouldn't have anything to do with the DTR lights not working, right?
Any help appreciated!
