Default Drove the Titan 5.6

I got to drive a Titan 5.6 while I was out of town
Here is the specs.
Titan quad cab - short bed
5.6 V8 4 sp auto - it had the manual shift up/down option -
4x4 - had the 2wd option switch
truck had 800 miles
dark gray metallic - nice looking
This truck has tons of low end power - tons
Burn the tires at will and when rolling - no problem - easy
Traction was a little iffy when the pavement was wet
Shifted decent not hard
The manual shifting up/down was fun - cool option
The truck flat runs - I saw on another thread that it ran out on the
top end - I didnt feel it - truck pulled hard 5-6k
I feel it would have given my truck a serious run for its money
Way faster than I thought.
The exhaust tone/sound is awesome - stock
Good brakes
Decent interior - but the seats were just OK - not plush
the interior is kinda spartan looking
Stereo was just OK - nothing
Cool option - back glass rolled down and had defog - loved that - way cool
I was impressed.
Felt like I sat too high - but everything I have is lowered.
I have to tell you - that truck flat gets it.
I got to put on about 1k miles - so she got flogged
Gotta love rentals.
