What wheels are you going to run and what will the weight be with the tires on them. I am looking into a setup like that but would like to get somewhat light wheels.

 

I think your going to have to dig hard to hit a 10.79 at best. But once you get those new 18"s on it and stickys you will be in the 10.5's pretty easy. Just imagine a high 1.4 60'....... That would be sweet!!!!!!!!!1

I really can't tell you how well the hook at the track - well at least these particular ratio nittos. However, on the street, they are AWESOME. Not quite as good as the BFG drags but still a 100 times better than any street tire you will come across. I make around 460 rwhp on the motor and my truck weighs 3500 pounds then I have a 150 shot. On the street it will hold fine and not spin, all through second on the nitrous! I think that's pretty amazing for a truck and not alot of weight...

I think you'll be surprized at how much stuff you start to break with those tires... but I hope you don't!

 

track is not looking good. it is raining hard now, suppose to rain tomorrow. cold and windy tomorrow night. calling for 25mph head wind.
