Default DRL Problems?

Hey Guys I'm having a problem with my DRL's coming on. I checked the fuse under hood and relay under hood. I checked for power coming to the socket and it's dead. Is there something else I'm missing.

Thanks,
Rob

Is the brake light (in the instrument cluster) on, as if the e-brake were applied? The DRL's will not come on if the BCM sees an e-brake signal.

What year is the truck? Maybe they've been overridden. Some models can use the dome override switch to turn off the DRL's (I think), while some newer models can have the BCM preferences changed with the TechII (I also think, but not completely sure...I could be way off)

It's a 2000 Silverado. I already tried the dome overide trick.

On my 02 Silverado, three taps on the dome overide button will either turn the DRL's on or off.
