Default Door hinge bushings

My driver side door is sagging and in need of hinge bushings. Are they difficult? I cannot find any write ups on them and they look slightly different from the 88-98 style. Thanks for any help

What year truck? I pretty sure on my 2000 the "pins" needed to be dremeled off than the old bushings pushed out, then new bushing's went in with new pin. The new pin is held is place by a little clip.
