I think it has the Viper 6 speed in it right? Should hold up. If it was an auto here it is 1/8 mile off the lot.

did GM ever come out with a 5 speed auto? if so i think that would be a nice conversion from the 4 speed. as long as it would hold up to abuse.

Anybody can build anything to go fast if you've got the time, knowledge, and money. The catch is being able to do it all at once and retain a full manufacturer's warranty. Buying an SRT-10 is mostly about status anyways (just like any other vehicle that costs over $30k)... Imagine how many people will stare and ask about it on a daily basis? Pull up at the track and I guarantee you'll see herds of people flocking around it. The thing could run 18.0 in the quarter and people would still drool all over it.

Anybody have some accurate 1/4 times on that thing yet? Kinda curious what it runs for having that big 10 in it.

dont they have the t-56 in them??

They dont look that bad. Im not sure whether or not i like the wheels, but the rest of the truck looks alright, except for the exhaust. None of these companies can put a decent looking exhaust on these trucks. The one on the SS looks like *** too.

Also I think the sliding rear window takes away from the smooth look of the truck

the whale tail has got to go imo. oh and the exaust pipes...if they're giving it the viper engine, why not a make-shift viper esque exaust setup? other than that, looks like a mean truck. i wish gm would put a price on something a little overboard instead of concepts. how bout a revised syclone!

Love the hood, but the wheels and exhaust, not to mention that piece of **** spoiler, have to go.
