14 second bracket, what so its .1 second faster than a lightning? What the hell is that? $45,000 for a 14 second truck, big freakin deal, just get the SRT-4 and it will be just as fast! I saw one today at Towbin Dodge, that they are putting up for auction on saturday, and the salesman my friend was talking to said that they are expecting $100,000 for their first truck. What in the hell is wrong with people?!?!? I also saw the new Chevy truck lowrider, whatever it is called with the auto hardtop. Sticker on the window was $43,250, and it had a $35,000 markup. They were also auctioning this saturday for that vehicle also. Besides, the new Chevy looks like total *** in person, at least to me, its so tall and boxy, that it looks just *** ugly. So what the hell is Chevy doing in the same rights as Dodge. Freaking markups kill me, not that I would buy either with their lackluster performance, and sky high unjustified insurance prices.

Well, those few idiots that are willing to give someone $35,000 over the cost of what something is worth, is what ruines it for a lot of others.

Remember when the Miata was supposed to be $13,500 but sold for mid $18,000, and remember when Dodge couldn't decide what tire to put on the Viper, more performance, or less performance to keep the price under $35,000 msrp. Well, maybe one or two of those cars got away for the prices they were supposed to, but then Whamo, the Viper was $70,000!

Stupid idiots, ruin it all.

Put the V10/T56 in a regular cab short bed dakota, then I might buy my first dodge.

I think the trucks cool and all.... and I really appreciate Dodge doing this - but I just can't get past the looks of those things.

Same thing with the "L"'s too.

The markup is ridiculous. The sad part is there are fools out there who will pay it.
