Cmon, Vince, there are a LOT of us who don't act the way you are right now. I post on both of the sites and many others. Agreed, the flames tend to be bigger on the DTW site but as many of us have posted before we are VEHICLE lovers first and foremost.

if you dont like the site then dont go to it......i have a dodge and i also like the chevy trucks i have had several of them ........homos i mean hemis see my tail pipes......is easy to say hidding behind your computer......whats your truck running in the 1/4 mile????.....not all dodge guys are that bad....

 

Some of the guys over there are idots, I learned the ones that know what they are talking about (educated about modding and performance) are cool. So what if some of their trucks are running faster times, it just means we have to mod more. We all know how they run their site (only compassionate to dodge owner, becasuse its a dodge site) and they can bash any other make or model and not get in trouble. But once we go over their and get out of line like they do we get banned. This isnt anything new we all know how that site can be. Just take what some say like a grain of salt. Its not worth spending your time arguing with some of them, it got me banned . But like H777 said if you dont like it just dont go there.

 

It seems to me t he only guys gettin there feeling s hurt is guys who own dodges now who were previously chevy owners.So dont get youre feelings hurt, im sure thers alot of dodgs trucks i cant beat,i havent lost yetim not even gonna comment on me hidding behind my computer, but if you think im afraid of a nother man youre wrong, i only fear god and my wife.I havent token my truck to the track yet,but from a dig i havent lost to no dodge yet, or a ford, and i will hold my head up high, and when i do lose, i just dump more money in my truck to make sure it dosent happen again.

Hurt feelings??? Please. Look at your original post. It's that very same that stopped me from posting over there. FWIW, I'll stay here as long as I'm welcome. It's comforting knowing that I can hang out, BS with fellow truck owners, and rarely have to read/see/hear what you really think of us DODGE owners.

 

That about summes it up. Other then that I dont see any good that can come from this thread.

 

I have a 01 extcab , with 20s.volant ramair. throttle body spacer,shift kit ,jba headers,superchips,spintech exhaust,410 gears, What should I BE RUNNIN ON THE 1\4 MILE.I ran 16.2 with only mac intake and chip.headers, am i doing somthing wrong.

the new 20s will slow you down a few tenths should put you about 16.5s the throttle body spacer = .00000 nothing wast of money.......with the other mods you did they should drop you from 16.5s to 15.7s at best.......thats not hemi killing power now is it........alot of stock hemis run high 14s to low 15s and that is a fact.....i'm not saying that all of them run this but there are alot of that do....the big 2500 and 3500 trucks are slower....... theres also a few lighter hemi trucks that can run 13s with alot less mods then you have on your truck ........i dont think you have a hemi killer package with your high 15 second truck .........

 

i got beat by a hemi the other night.......because i was spinning all through the 1/8th. Everytime i'd let out of it and ease back into it i'd loose traction again. I need tires....BAD. He dead hooked and left. Beat him 3 times from a roll tho
