Just did not understand the reasoning behind stepping into a conversation being held in english on a board where englilsh is used and everyone here speaks english but not everyone speaks spanish.....and then dishing out advice in spanish.

Makes no sense. I am happy that you know more than one language but I believe, correct me in ENGLISH if I am wrong here, that the idea behind that is to communicate to people in the languages they comprehend. You go to Mexico, speak spanish. But you wouldnt step into a discussion amongst Mexican folk speaking spanish and primarily if not ONLY spanish and start rattling off your responses or advice in English...that effectively elminates the need or reason to know more than one language.

I dont learn Korean to go to France. I dont learn Chinese to go to Indonesia. So replying in Spanish on a board dominated by english speaking folks, owned and operated in the US makes no sense.

There, rant off. But, i am now going to burn down every billboard I pass in this country that is written in spanish and im going to kick every damn chihuahua I pass on the street into the bushes. Ive gone over the edge.

Sorry Jaime, for the hyjack. But someone really has some ethnocentric problems and needs to learn that United States has more than one culture and language. If it serves me correct there are over 10,000 accepted and know languages accepted in the United States.It is not my fault you are not acculturated and mature as other people in this board. And for you to ranting on about billboards and dogs. Well thats just your choice that this country has given me and you. Just as its my choice in which language I chose to write in.
