Default Daylight sensor for headlights? 00"

Where is the sensor that detects if it's day or night? I have a 2000 rcsb silvy and the dang thing will not stop with the headlights.
Everytime i start it the headlights are on even in the middle of the day and they never go off.
Anybody know where it's at so i can maybe clean it or replace it?
Thanks guys.
