Default Cooling capacity

So the stroker has 1000 mi on it, and has never overheated. The one thing I don't like is that it does not hold near the 160 deg. stat. setting. Radiator has been cleaned, and all fins bent over have been straightened. We are running 25% under, which could be a culprit. Also, running the 5500 cfm flex-a-lite fans. Had thoughts of a thicker radiator. Stocker seems to have room for more core. Would I find this in a 3500 radiator, or some heavier duty cooling option for the 2500 HD. part #'s ??? Anything good out there on the aftermarket ???????? Want everything right before a Nelson tune.

Yeah I don't think your engine will realistically run much under this no matter what thermo you run. I really doubt 160* would be an efficient operating temp anyway. You could try running Redline Water Wetter with a much smaller ratio of antifreeze/water and this should help you run a bit cooler if you haven't tried it yet.
