Coolant sensor wire in reservoir?

Default Coolant sensor wire in reservoir?

I removed the stock coolant reservoir and will not be using the sensor in my new reservoir.What needs to be done to the sensor wire so that you do not get the low coolant message?

just tie the two wires together.
