Default compression test results, can't find info on what it should be

Been having a problem with the engine idling very rough when it is fully warmed up. It is also not as fast as it should be. I've been getting a lot of blow by and the crank case has been getting pressurized when I go into boost.

I checked the compression, these are the results from the drivers side. This is the max value I got after 3 compressions

1: 125 psi
3: 100 psi
5: 100 psi
7: 120 psi

I added oil to cylinder 3 and on the 3rd compression it reached about 160 psi. So I am to suspect most of my rings are done. Cylinder 3 and 5 also had oil on the spark plug.

Do all these numbers seem very bad?

I tested these cylinders when the engine was fully warmed up.

That's too low. 170-200 is what you want, depending on the setup.

Time for a teardown.
