Default comp cams camquest

They have it for free download on their site. I've been messing around with it, but still haven't quite figured it out completely. It has all the preset values you can choose from, but none of them are correct, I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter though because almost no matter what I choose it still pops up with the same recommended cams. the one that continually pops up is the 212/218 .522 .529 113 seems a few folks are runnin this one or one similar and like it for a DD in their AUTO but my stick shift *** probably wont like it

Why wouldn't you like it?

Someone started a thread here about the 212/218 in their 5.3 and it gained everywhere and lost nothing. Seemed like a GREAT daily cam to me, but that's just my opinion.

No doubt it's great for a DD. Seems to be a bunch of peoples choice. I was just thinking of something bigger, but then again bigger isn't always better

Guys in the shower probably dont

Anyone else play with camquest? I added 706 heads with stock specs into the files...but the damn valve sizing has preset numbers that you can't change and 706 valves fall in between.
