Default column shifter wiring help

I removed my column shifter as I transplanted a th400 in my truck.. however, there is a thin green/white stripe and black pair of wires on the top of the column area .....and on the lower end of the steering column is a similar but thick green/white strip and black pair of wires are there. What is the purpose or function of those? thanks!

Oh ok; I was thinking the tow/haul was a green wire from the last time I looked at it but I guess not.

I do not remeber the color of the wires but you have the ones that go to the lock cylinder for the Passkey theft deterent. I believe you also have a wire for the brake/gear shift lock-out. It has been a while since I had mine apart so I cannot be more specific for you. Hope this helps you a little.
