Default Cluster Problem

My instrument cluster needles were sticking so i went to a gm garage and they replaced my IC for a recall or tsb but now my new cluster says i have 12000 hours on my truck which is alot i didnt realize it for like a month after they changed the ic... if i take it back could they change the hours or how does that work? thanks

I dont THINK they can change it once it has miles on it?

They will have to order and program a new cluster. One time shot.

It can be programed but you must have the right equipment to do it.
