That is why it is also legal if you have an agricultural license to buy M80 or 1/4 sticks of dynomite, to blow up, and kill those guys. Thay can cause huge losses of crops and what not for farmers, and I believe shooting them, and obliterating them like that is probably the fastest and most human way to terminate the problem. When dropping an m80 in one of their holes causes a concusion that makes their ears bleed, then they die slow and miserably.
