Those are Alpine Type R's. Kicker's L series are the way to go if your buying kicker. I've had 4 of them things and can't say enough about the company and product.

Yup, Alpine Type R 12" woofers... The box is not big, its just most Truck boxes are small...


The box really isnt that big... Its about 3.8 Cubic Feet net on each side... Minus Port and Minus Braces it come close to 2 Cubes which is perfect for the Type R...

And yes, I built it Completely by my self... First box I've ever done alone with out the help of the old man... Took me about a week, few hours a day...

Never really been a big fan of Kicker... I've had bad luck with the Solobarics so dont really care for kicker... Maybe later on Ill upgrade to an Alpine Type X...
