I honestly dont like anything about a ford, except the light weight and LSx readiness of a fox body

The guy emailed me back about 334 engine. He say shortblock with rotating assembly cost $1500. Which is not bad to me. It's say all forged piston and rods. But stock 4.8 crank and 6.0 block. They are custom made SBC 350 piston to make work with L92 heads they do mill and Cnc full ported that L92 heads. But say if you want top end like l92 heads, cam, timing chain, lifter, oil pump and intake. Some others. Would be 6000. I don't know because it seem not worth to spend 6000. I am doing swap for my s10 pickup truck. Maybe just get reman ls1 longblock or lq4 longblock. Which do you think I should go for it?
